For those who are looking for accommodation with higher standards we have picked a couple of places that we consider outstanding.

These apartments are suited for all those students who want to live alone or who travel together with friends and who want to live in or close to the center. Since being a matter of taste, furnishings were not considered part of the criteria for choosing the apartments, but rather the atmosphere and character that we feel about them. Moreover we have a good knowledge of the housing conditions in Tarifa and can assure you that the following places are suitably priced.
Bedding and towels will be provided in all apartments, but please bring your own beach towels.
Apartment 1:
Bright apartment right in the village center in a quiet lane, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace. Appealing for its comfortable furnishing and its centrality. Both the school and the beach are approximately 7 minutes by foot. Maximum of 4 people.
Apartment 2:
Apartment with a small outside space and a view to the sea, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both the school and the beach are a short 2 min. walk away, the old village center 5 min. The building is located in a quiet area and has parking spaces in front of the entrance. Maximum of 4 people.
Apartment 3:
Bright apartment in the same building as apartment 2 with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and small terrace with ocean view. Both the school and the beach are a short 2 min. walk away, the old village center 5 min. The building is located in a quiet area and has parking spaces in front of the entrance. Maximum 3 persons.
Apartment 4:
Apartment for a maximum of 2 people which has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Furnished very tastefully. A roof terrace and a seat in the patio belong to the apartment, in winter there is heating available. It is located in the very center of the old part of Tarifa, with the school and the beach about 5 minutes walk away.
Apartment 5:
Attic apartment at the edge of the old village center with one bedroom with two beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and view of the sea. The roof terrace (which is not accessible directly from the apartment) can be shared. The entrance to the roof terrace is just next to the entrance of the apartment. The school, the beach and the old village centre are all a maximum of 5 minutes away by foot. Maximum of 2 people.
Apartment 6:
Studio with a living- and a sleeping area in one room, kitchenette and bathroom. Large roof terrace with a surrounding view over the Tarifan roofs. Central location with a maximum of five minutes walking distance to the school, the beach and the old village center. Maximum of 2 people.
Apartment 7:
Apartment with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The building is situated directly opposite the school, very close to the beach and a five minute walk to the old town. There are parking spaces in front of the entrance. Maximum 5 people.

Remarks
Please pay your accommodation in cash upon arrival.
During high season - July and August - the minimum term of lease is two weeks.
The above prices are per apartment and not per person and are mandatory for stays of at least two weeks. If you stay longer please ask seperately for prices (applies only to low season). Days of arrival and departure can be chosen by tenant.
Since the rent varies monthly in some of the apartments, the mentioned prices for the low season and during winter only are guidelines.
Usually low season means September, October and March to June. Christmas and Easter are considered high season though. The remaining months, thus November to February (except Christmas) are considered as winter.
You cannot book single rooms in these apartments, which means the respective tenant has to pay the complete rent.
We expect you to leave behind the apartment in a decent manner, which means tidy and clean. When you leave, you should have cleaned out your groceries, washed the dishes and taken out your trash.
Please book early for July and August.
