Type A apartment
Flatsharing in apartment buildings
Plainly furnished apartments with 2- 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bath to be shared with other students or locals. In each apartment there will be a washing machine at your disposal. Also bedding will be provided in all apartments, but please bring your own towels.
During low season most apartments are situated close to the school within a walking distance of two to ten minutes. Both the beach and the village center can also be reached by foot within a few minutes from the students' apartments.
During high season (July and August) we offer accommodation in additional apartments which may be situated up to a maximum of 15 minutes by foot from the school.

Remarks
Please pay your accommodation in cash upon arrival.
Accommodation will be available one day before the course starts (Sunday) and has to be vacated until 12 pm on the day after the course ends (Saturday). If you would like to stay an extra night - which is not always possible - please inform us in advance.
During high season the number of rooms is limited. As soon as all our regular rooms are booked we cannot keep up the prices and have to cope with the general housing situation in Tarifa (increase in prices of up to 50%). For this reason early booking is recommended.
Also, in summer not all our type-A apartments meet the same standard. The allocation is carried out following the "first come, first serve" -principle and we cannot offer the possibility to change apartments.
Double rooms will only be rented to students who travel in pairs. Companions who are not taking a language course will be able to stay in the same room with someone who is a student at our school. Please make a seperate note of this in your enrollment.
We expect you to leave behind the apartment in a decent manner, which means tidy and clean. When you leave, you should have cleaned out your groceries, washed the dishes and taken out your trash.
Please note that the bedrooms in Spain are smaller than in other countries.
The earlier we receive your enrollment, the better we can take into consideration your preferences (ideally 8-12 in advance for arrivals in July and August and 2 weeks throughout the rest of the year).
If you want to store kite- or windsurf-material in the apartment, please make a seperate note in your enrollment. We try to take this into consideration when assigning you a room.
