Spanish Language course standard, yoga lessons and accommodation in comfortable apartments with single bedrooms.

Our association aims to bring an authentic yoga practice to everyone equally.

We are based on the meaning of “Union” in the word yoga and we create community in our space, enjoying the cultural variety that a place like Tarifa brings, that´s why we offer the possibility of classes in several languages.

In addition to this unit, we believe it is very important to make it easy for the practitioner to establish their yoga practice routine, so we have weekly classes, Monday to Friday, on a consistent basis throughout the year.

In your package you have unlimited yoga sessions included within the schedule.

What kind of yoga do we do?
Our practice is based on the Hatha Yoga branch. Within it, there may be classes with Vinyasas with a more fluid or softer rhythm, with more or less sustained asanas. There may also be times in the practice to work on postural alignment, with Anusara or Iyengar type adjustments and times when a posture is held in a relaxed and supported way to go into a state of calm and meditation that might be reminiscent of Yin Yoga. Pranayama and meditation are part of the yoga practice and are not missing in the classes.

CURSO DE FORMACIÓN DE PROFESORES DE ESPAÑOL COMO LENGUA EXTRANJERA

Fecha de inicio: 4 de agosto.
Prepárate para una profesión cada vez más demandada: enseñar la lengua y la cultura españolas a alumnos extranjeros. Aprovecha nuestros 36 años de experiencia para formarte con nuestro curso intensivo de metodología de la enseñanza de ELE. El curso comprende 70 horas durante 2 semanas presenciales (más algunas clases en línea), incluyendo observaciones de clases y prácticas guiadas en nuestro centro. Precio muy especial: solo 490 ¤.
